Practice and Global Game Jam 2013

The art I created for the Global Game Jam 2013 at Karma Gaming in Halifax, NS!!! We created a board game and it's SUPER fun. =) I'm hoping to get a printed copy of the game at some point!

Urban Sketching and Sketch Dump

Some Urban Sketching I've been doing around Halifax while the leaves were still on the trees.

And here is a bunch of sketches I've done over the past couple of weeks. Some were drawn while watching Hook, some were drawn from reference found looking at my Tumblr feed. Some were referenced from a fashion book I'm going through called, "Fashion Illustration: Inspiration and Technique" by Anna Kiper. I'm really enjoying it! The rest is out of my head!

Well that was a fun project. I think I learned a thing or two about digital art. I am going to do some monster guys next month, but only about 10. I want to take my time and try to do really well with them since there won't be as many. Stay tuned! =)
