Painting in PS

I'm trying to improve my painting skills... So I thought I'd start off with something fairly easy- Cartoon face. I think I'm learning. =D I LOVE learning.

    did you do a sketch by hand before with this? or just all on PS?

    This one was all on Photoshop. I'm not very good at sketching on the computer, but I will get there!! =)
